A life of grit and glamour.

South London. Complicated childhood. I didn’t come up the easy way. I started in the beauty industry with nothing but drive, resilience and a deep belief that I could build something that mattered.

From sweeping salon floors to building global businesses, working with some of the world’s biggest brands and becoming a trusted mentor to more than 22,000 beauty professionals, I’ve built a career I could never have imagined.

I’ve also lost everything. Fought cancer. Become a mother. Burnt out. And found my way back. Every single time.

Now I’m building my next and most exciting business for the people I love most: my Tribe.

We believe that the inner work and the business work are not two different journeys. They are one. And when you walk both at the same time, with the right support around you, everything changes.

Pronounced bow-dee-al our name is derived from the Bodhi tree. An ancient symbol of hope, awakening, and the infinite potential for transformation and growth that lies within each of us.
